whitney, you're the comfort of a local dive, but more like a mother's kitchen. you told me it was immediate, that ease between our exchange of words (i agreed). we shared the same coffee at our first exchange, before that exchange included either of our names (we didn't even need em'), on a porch like we were old time friends, or fifty years happily wed.
your walk is one of confidence on top of a degree of uncertainty. don't be so uncertain.
your emotions are like written lines scrawled in-between the creases of your frowns and smiles. one look and i know exactly how you're feeling before you say anything.
